Returns & Refunds Policy
Non-Returnable for Food Safety Reasons
Due to potential safety risks as an ingestible product, this item is non-returnable. To protect our customers and maintain strict food safety standards, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have left our facility.
Damages and Issues
While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you may request a refund or a replacement.
To process a claim for a damaged or defective item:

Provide your order number and a clear image of the item and its defects.

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Because our products are non-returnable, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you received a defective item and would like a replacement of the same product, please follow the "Damages and Issues" instructions above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that for food items, the seal must remain intact to be eligible under this cooling-off period.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or a shipping error, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
